It's got a great feel to it. One thing that I'd probably change if I was doing it is the amount of deep shadow - some more definition particularly on the face would be my preference - it would lift the image and show the cuts off to their best advantage. Even using a darker grey for your mids might help a bit. Oh, and as someone also said, the angle of the headphones looks a bit naff.

I'm not meaning to sound overly supercilious here though. I'm still mucking up my own pieces and learning a lot from each one

hey hey. So this is pretty good. You're very clean in your layrs which means you're a lot more patient than i am. I am so inpatient, i put the next layer down before the firstdries compleetly and get the paper stuck to the paint..but anyhow the one thing I'm going to say to you as a fellow stencil maker person chick, is i donno if i can even explain it right. but your edges are too ridgit. Perfect cutting skills. Just when you make them in photoshop or whatever that's how it makes it, but after when i usually do is take a marker and make them slightly rounder and cut the rounder lines... i donno if you get what i mean and you don't have to listen to me but i just find it makes the transition between layers nicer
